Purpose:
- Draw closer to God by being intentional with living and praying
- Praying for specifics like health, for the Holy Spirit to do awesome things, for my friends, family, government and the world.
- Fruit
- Veggies
- Whole Grains
- Nuts
- Seeds
- Legumes
- Quality Oils
- Water
- Tea (herbal)= my own addition
- Other: tofu, soy products, vinegar, seasonings, salt, herbs and spices (agave and honey are my own modifications)
I'm excited for this because I love to eat like this! I will be posting recipes and journaling throughout the fast! I will also probably be doing a week or so of raw food.
