Dinner: Teriyaki Tofu, Bok Choy and mashed Okinawan sweet potatoes
First day of Fast!

Hungry already! Lol!
What to eat- banana and papaya for breakfast
leftover veggie soup for lunch...
not sure what else yet...

Woke up early to do devos, have to be at a Micro study sesh in an hour!
What the heck, I have three exams this week, math today then micro and AP back to back!

LENT= Daniel Fast

Purpose:
  • Draw closer to God by being intentional with living and praying
  • Praying for specifics like health, for the Holy Spirit to do awesome things, for my friends, family, government and the world.
Guidelines:
  • Fruit
  • Veggies
  • Whole Grains
  • Nuts
  • Seeds
  • Legumes
  • Quality Oils
  • Water
  • Tea (herbal)= my own addition
  • Other: tofu, soy products, vinegar, seasonings, salt, herbs and spices (agave and honey are my own modifications)
I'm excited for this because I love to eat like this! I will be posting recipes and journaling throughout the fast! I will also probably be doing a week or so of raw food.
